Crawl Space Encapsulation

Encapsulation turns a damp, vented crawl space into a clean, conditioned part of your home. We seal the floor and foundation walls with a reinforced vapor barrier, wrap and band every pier, seal the seams and penetrations, and finish the perimeter so the system holds for the long run.

Moisture Control

Vapor Barriers

A vapor barrier is only as good as its installation. We use heavy reinforced material, overlap and tape every seam, run the liner up the foundation walls, and mechanically fasten and seal it so it stays put and keeps ground moisture out of your home.

Crawl Space Insulation

Sagging, wet or missing insulation is one of the most common things we find under a home. We remove what has failed, address the moisture that caused it, and install new insulation properly supported so it stays in place and actually performs.

Mold & Mildew Prevention

Dehumidifier Installation

A sealed crawl space still needs its humidity managed. We size the unit to your square footage, mount and support it clear of the liner, run condensate to a proper drain or pump, and set it so the space holds a safe relative humidity through Carolina summers.
